SOC is located in the Ascension Lutheran Church campus at 1300 S. Layton Boulevard (same as 27th Street). Our offices can be accessed from the southern-most door on Layton Boulevard. From there, just take the elevator to the second floor and make a left.

SOC staff continues to be available to help our residents via phone, social media and email even though our offices are closed to the public until further notice. Residents can also make appointments with SOC staff, off site and in the community pending availability.
